Potentials

They say energy can't be destroyed

It simply changes form

It cannot be created

Eternal is its norm 

They say matter and energy 

Are interchangeable 

Essentially the same stuff 

Though force or particle

Like water, clouds, and ice

Are simply H2O

Just differing in structure

But still the same

Ergo

Manifest or latent 

Potentials do exist 

And cannot be extinguished

By change, but shall persist

Thus form is mere potential

Like geometric shape

With countless possibilities

In essence and innate

All of which is hidden 

As in a potter's clay

To shape and reshape endlessly

Divine designs array

Nonsense

What is nonexistence like?

I thought and thought

All through the night

I had no clue and gained no ground

Looking for corners in the round

Now I'm an expert

Thick and dense

With lots of great experienced

I'll share with you my own two cents

This nonexistent intelligence

So hearken ye, forsooth, and hence

The whole matter is but nonsense

The All

All knowledge that exists--exists

All power yet the same

Within throughout without a doubt

Divinity selfsame

The Alpha

What set in motion the universe?

What was the cause and which came first?

What sent a ripple in throughout?

And what can do so without doubt?

I searched the cosmos all around

The physical, but never found

Initial cause before effect

Then thought of will in introspect 

How is it I can cause with ease

Simple effects, and how I please

All this arising with volition

Sentient desire on a mission

Does anything else wield such power

As awareness does hour by hour

I see no other force on earth

Nor in the heavens, but this First

The only instigating force

A Sentient Will Creative Source

The big bang by itself's a dud

Though science seeks beginnings bud

For plain as day the truth display

Will dominates--physics obey

What's the potential in a seed?

I know it's there but cannot see

Does this one here contain a tree?

They say that what will be will be

But seems to me, far side of when

That what becomes has always been

Concealed inside until it's freed

The Forest and the Tree

The tree looked for the forest

So small it couldn't see

Beyond its own obstructed view

Because of all the trees

"I wish I knew if it were true"

"They say it's quite a sight"

"I wish I were a part of it"

Then I'd believe--I might

The Pebble

The pebble was a tiny fleck

To boulders insignificant

The mountain rumbled, "Both are mine!"

"And from my own beneficence."
