Within the realm of paradise

Are five enduring truths

Perennial as evergreens

Which bear eternal fruit

The first is self-awareness

A spark of the Divine

The epistemic bedrock

Which endows the All with eyes

The second is the quest for truth

Eternal in its being

The origin, potential

And its perfect, extant offspring

The third is cosmic unity

Beneath reflection’s stealth

Our ultimate identity

The all inclusive Self

The fourth, harnessed volition

The instrument of will

In purposeful creation

Our full measure to fulfill

The fifth is cultivated love

The great supernal art

The law of heaven written

On the tables of the heart

Like crystals these will magnify

And minister to you

This brightness that would blind the eye

In transom comes to view
