Stereotypes
The hero dressed in white
And rode upon a noble steed
His faults were but anomalies
Of character and deeds
The villain dressed in black
And looked exactly as they say
I saw through all his kind acts
As a ploy to try and sway
Its nice to live inside a world
Where everything is plain
Where good and evil, right and wrong
Are labeled by their name
Except when pleasure’s bad of course
And pain is for our good
Or when the two get switched around
Upside-down understood
When good is bad, and bad is good
Like wrongs that make a right
It’s plain to see what they tell me
Is how it is in life
